We designed and harmonised regulations, policies and procedures, developed standard operating procedures and created a baseline and roadmap with performance indicators aligned to the authority\u2019s strategy.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The authority\u2019s rapid expansion required clear governance, consistent processes and documentation across diverse departments to ensure compliance and effective service delivery.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We conducted comprehensive diagnostic studies, defined the target state, developed a regulatory and procedural framework and unified documentation. Training and awareness sessions supported implementation, and a roadmap linked initiatives to strategic objectives.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The authority now operates under a cohesive governance structure with standardised policies, procedures and performance indicators.
