The initiative included needs analysis, customised curricula, interactive workshops, e\u2011learning materials, value ambassadors and measurement tools to reinforce desired behaviours at all organisational levels.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The group faced inconsistent adoption of its values across managerial and technical levels. Without structured training and clear messaging, employees interpreted core values differently, undermining cohesion and performance.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We analysed the existing culture, defined key values and developed tailored content. Interactive workshops and digital modules communicated the values, while ambassadors championed them. Follow\u2011up assessments and feedback loops reinforced learning and enabled continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Employees now share a clear understanding of corporate values, leading to improved teamwork and decision\u2011making.
