It implemented value\u2011based assessments through surveys and discussion circles, trained staff and created a team of values ambassadors. Educational tools such as videos, murals, competitions and written content were produced, alongside a communications plan, values practice bank, knowledge transfer guide and strategic support.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Tatweer for Educational Technologies needed to embed a cohesive set of institutional values to unify its culture and guide decision\u2011making. Existing values were not widely understood or practised, limiting their impact on organisational behaviour and performance.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We mapped and documented core values, created assessment tools and delivered training to embed them across the company. A values ambassadors programme and multimedia educational materials were launched to reinforce behaviours. Communication campaigns and a knowledge transfer guide ensured that values became integral to daily work and strategic initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The project cultivated a strong values\u2011driven culture. Employees demonstrated greater alignment with organisational principles, participation in values initiatives increased and decision\u2011making reflected shared beliefs.
