The program was delivered in multiple cities and covered technical and professional competencies.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Entrepreneurs needed structured training to build capabilities across technical, managerial and continuous improvement practices. Existing support programs were fragmented and lacked focus on operational excellence and global best practices.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We designed and delivered six Kauffman FastTrac programs for technology and industrial entrepreneurs and six Kaizen-based continuous improvement programs. The curriculum combined strategy deployment, process improvement and innovation, customised for different business contexts.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The program trained 300 beneficiaries across five cities, equipping them with skills in strategic planning, continuous improvement, and business growth.
