It included diagnosing current practices, drafting and approving the charter, developing guidelines and codes of conduct, delivering training workshops and creating monitoring tools to ensure compliance.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The non\u2011profit sector lacked a unified ethical framework, leading to inconsistent behaviour and undermining public trust in charitable organisations.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We collaborated with stakeholders to assess existing practices, defined ethical standards and developed a comprehensive charter and accompanying guidelines. We trained staff across multiple organisations and established mechanisms for monitoring adherence.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
