The program involved designing bespoke coaching plans, conducting one\u2011on\u2011one sessions, providing tools for personal development and evaluating progress. Action plans were aligned with institutional strategy and supported by continuous feedback.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The university sought to enhance strategic leadership and decision\u2011making among its executives to meet ambitious research and academic objectives in a rapidly changing environment.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We conducted assessments to identify leadership gaps, designed individualized coaching programs, paired leaders with experienced coaches and monitored progress through regular sessions and feedback loops. Each leader developed a personalised development plan aligned with university goals.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The program improved participants\u2019 strategic thinking, communication and team\u2011building skills, resulting in stronger alignment between leadership behaviours and university strategy.
