It prepared nomination files for the King Abdulaziz Quality Award and the Arab Excellence Award and implemented continuous improvement initiatives, leading the ministry to achieve the silver level among three ministries.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The ministry sought to implement an institutional excellence framework to improve performance and prepare for prestigious quality awards.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Consultants introduced Kaizen principles, developed comprehensive documentation for award nominations and guided departments through improvement initiatives and performance measurements.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
