Electronic surveys, psychometric assessments and focus groups were used to gauge understanding, practice and motivation at supervisory and non\u2011supervisory levels. The project then designed training content and initiatives to promote internal values and strengthen engagement.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The authority needed to improve adoption of its institutional values and increase employee engagement but lacked clear insights into existing gaps.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Consultants conducted comprehensive gap analyses using surveys and personality tests, then developed tailored training modules, communication campaigns and tools to embed values and foster engagement across the organisation.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
