Sixty\u2011five leaders participated across four progressive levels, from foundational skills to advanced strategic leadership. The program included training sessions, mentoring, practical assignments and evaluations.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Insan sought to nurture a pipeline of competent leaders to manage its expanding operations and ensure sustainable service delivery to orphans and families.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We tailored a multi\u2011level leadership development program addressing behavioural, technical and strategic competencies. Participants engaged in workshops, coaching and experiential learning, with continuous feedback and assessment.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
