The program included value stream mapping for current and future states, principles of Kaizen, problem identification and analysis techniques, and ROI presentation for improvement projects.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Managers and engineers required practical training in Lean and Kaizen to drive productivity and waste reduction. There was a need for structured problem analysis and a clear demonstration of return on investment.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We conducted workshops on value stream mapping, Kaizen principles, problem analysis and solution recommendation. Participants prepared presentations on various improvement projects, including expected returns on investment.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The program equipped staff with tools to map processes, identify waste and implement Lean improvements.
