The workshop covered value stream mapping of current and future states, principles of Kaizen, 5S and visual management, problem identification and analysis, and basics of Total Productive Maintenance.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Amoun needed to embed continuous improvement and Lean thinking but lacked trained personnel. Processes were not mapped and waste reduction opportunities were unexplored.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We conducted an intensive training program covering Kaizen principles, value stream mapping, 5S, visual management and TPM. Participants learned to identify root causes and develop actionable improvement recommendations.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The program equipped attendees with practical tools to map processes, reduce waste and apply 5S and TPM.
