The workshop covered Kaizen principles, Lean methodology, standard work and one-point lessons (OPL), 5S and visual management, coding systems, and periodic evaluation of compliance. Participants learned to identify and analyse problems and propose solutions.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The company sought to improve productivity and reduce waste but lacked a structured continuous improvement approach and trained personnel.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We trained participants in Kaizen and Lean, implemented 5S and coding systems, introduced visual management and standard work, and taught problem\u2011solving techniques and OPL documentation. Regular evaluations helped reinforce adoption.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
