We analysed the current state of operations, introduced 5S and visual management, studied workplace layout and material flows, assessed production processes and line balancing, and conducted periodic evaluations to identify further improvements.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The company needed to optimise production flows, balance lines and reduce waste, yet had limited experience in continuous improvement techniques.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We delivered comprehensive training on Kaizen, Lean, 5S and problem-solving, performed a current-state analysis, redesigned layouts for optimal flow, assessed and balanced production lines, and established periodic evaluations to sustain improvements.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
