The program trained doctors and nurses on Kaizen and Lean, mapped current and future state value streams, applied 5S and visual management, and developed one\u2011point lessons and improvement plans.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Healthcare units faced inefficiencies and were burdened with long patient flows and wasted effort. Staff needed structured methods to identify problems and implement improvements.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We conducted a Kaizen pilot, trained clinicians and quality staff, mapped processes, applied 5S, developed one\u2011point lesson documentation, and guided teams through problem\u2011solving and improvement planning.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
