It followed six stages: situation analysis, needs assessment, design and implementation of a knowledge management system, development of a change management plan, training of employees and evaluation of outcomes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Weqaa lacked a structured approach to capturing and sharing knowledge and to managing organisational change. Innovation and learning were hindered by siloed information and resistance to change.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We developed an integrated framework combining knowledge management and change management. A knowledge management system was designed and implemented, a change plan was developed and staff were trained to adopt new practices. Governance structures ensured sustainability and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The organisation now has a central knowledge repository, clear change processes and improved adaptability.
