Over three iterations, participants learned self\u2011management, goal setting, focus and motivation techniques, and developed written action plans to enhance personal productivity and leadership effectiveness.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The commission identified a need to build leadership capabilities and personal productivity among its staff. Without targeted development, employees lacked structured approaches to goal setting, self\u2011management and motivation, limiting their potential impact on public health initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We created a strategic training plan and delivered the \u201cSuccessful Personal Productivity\u201d programme accredited by Leadership and Management International. Through workshops and coaching, participants developed self\u2011management skills, set goals, increased focus, improved motivation and created written action plans to implement new habits.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The programme empowered 75 professionals with improved self\u2011management and leadership skills. Participants reported increased productivity, clearer goals and stronger motivation.
