It comprised five sequential phases \u2013 preparation, curriculum development, marketing, implementation and evaluation \u2013 and delivered targeted training programmes with continuous follow\u2011up to improve skills and service quality.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The tourism sector lacked an integrated training system to develop a skilled workforce capable of delivering world\u2011class service.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A structured training framework was created, curricula aligned with international standards were developed, marketing and delivery plans were executed, and evaluation and follow\u2011up mechanisms were established.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
