We developed a new organisational structure and authority matrix, established an employee performance evaluation methodology, cascaded strategic objectives to departments, and updated job descriptions accordingly.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The company lacked clear organisational structures, defined roles and performance management systems. HR policies were outdated and compensation structures were misaligned with performance and market benchmarks.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We redesigned the organisational structure, defined authorities and responsibilities, created a performance evaluation framework, updated job descriptions, and developed a comprehensive HR policies and procedures manual covering recruitment, learning and development, promotion, succession planning, grading and compensation. We established a rewards strategy linked to performance indicators.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
