Topics included workplace communication, customer service, digital tools and professional etiquette. Training materials and practical exercises supported long\u2011term skill development.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Many beneficiaries lacked the skills and confidence to enter or re\u2011enter the labour market, particularly in an evolving digital economy.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We developed modular training content covering functional and behavioural skills and basic digital literacy. Sessions combined theory with hands\u2011on practice, enabling participants to apply what they learned and build confidence.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Graduates gained practical job\u2011readiness skills, improved professionalism and became more comfortable using technology.
