It covered customer service excellence, entrepreneurship and business skills to ensure tourists receive a high\u2011quality experience and to encourage the growth of tourism projects.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Many tourism sector workers lacked the service and entrepreneurial skills necessary to meet visitor expectations and support sector growth.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Targeted training programmes were developed and delivered to taxi drivers, hospitality staff and aspiring entrepreneurs, focusing on service etiquette, communication and business fundamentals.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
