It analyses international benchmarks, identifies best practices, and develops policy recommendations and action plans. The research covers digital services, infrastructure, data integration and regulatory frameworks to guide national strategies.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Saudi Arabia needed evidence\u2011based insights to close gaps in digital government maturity and remain competitive internationally.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We assembled a multidisciplinary research team, collected data on global digital government initiatives and evaluated Saudi performance across key indices. The team engaged stakeholders and produced actionable recommendations tailored to local conditions.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The research informed strategic decisions that improved Saudi Arabia\u2019s e\u2011government ranking.
