The training covered theoretical and practical aspects of safety, emergency response and risk management, with 40 sessions provided to more than 1,250 employees to build awareness and strengthen a safety culture.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Employees lacked adequate knowledge and skills in safety practices, leading to potential accidents and non\u2011compliance with safety regulations.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A training needs assessment was conducted, curricula were developed, and both classroom and hands\u2011on training sessions were delivered, including simulations and practical exercises to embed knowledge.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
