Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We applied an integrated methodology including current-state assessment, scenario planning, identity design, KPI development, initiative planning, operational planning, dashboard design, governance structuring, operating model development, and capability building with knowledge transfer.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
