A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nIMP and Disease Control Regulatory Manuals are core elements of Weqaa Center\u2019s operations. The Center faced challenges in standardizing guides and procedures and in evaluating the effectiveness of existing programmes and services, as well as the need for an integrated management framework that ensures quality execution, strengthens branch performance, and provides accurate measurement mechanisms to support decision-making and impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We conducted a comprehensive current-state assessment, developed integrated regulatory and procedural manuals, designed evaluation models and reporting templates, prepared branch operational plans, identified performance indicators and gaps, and delivered training and knowledge transfer programmes to strengthen institutional implementation of integrated management.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key achievements include comprehensive evaluation of existing practices, development of six procedural and regulatory guides and six evaluation mechanisms, creation of monthly, quarterly and annual report templates, preparation of twenty\u2011six operational plans across thirteen regions, and training programs that transferred knowledge and empowered the center\u2019s staff to implement the integrated management framework effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
