This workshop was held as part of the \u201cUpdating Beneficiary Experience Measurement Methodologies in Public Sector Entities\u201d project for the National Center for Performance Measurement of Public Agencies (Adaa). The project aims to develop advanced national methodologies for measuring and analyzing beneficiary experience, as well as building unified frameworks and guidelines that support improving government service quality and enhancing data-driven decision-making based on accurate indicators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The project includes several developmental phases, such as assessing and analyzing the current state, conducting benchmarking studies against leading international practices, updating measurement methodologies, and developing mechanisms for calculating overall satisfaction indicators.
