Abdulrahman Alobaid

Professional Experience

Abdulrahman Alobaid is a senior Institutional Excellence and Social Development Consultant at Kaizen. His previous roles include Training Supervisor and Project Manager. Through these roles, he has developed deep expertise in leading complex projects, improving organizational performance, and enhancing stakeholder engagement.

Practical Experience

Abdulrahman has managed and contributed to numerous strategic and developmental projects, including leading the qualification project for the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority to achieve the Diamond Level of the King Abdulaziz Quality Award. He played a key role in founding a national entity focused on social impact investment (the Social Investment and Civil Society Support Fund) under the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector. His experience encompasses quality monitoring, performance reporting, strategic partnership building, and training content development.

Educational Background and Training

Abdulrahman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University in Saudi Arabia. He completed specialized courses in International Change Management (IMCM®).
