Professional Experience
Ahmed Rafat is a User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Consultant with a diverse background in digital design and customer interaction. Ahmed has worked with leading organizations such as Kaizen Consulting in Saudi Arabia and several Egypt-based companies including Caduceus Lane, Imperial Studio, and Neon Software Company, where Ahmed contributed to creating impactful and user-centered digital experiences. Earlier in his career, he also gained valuable communication and customer service experience as a Customer Service Representative at Vodafone, enhancing his understanding of user needs and behavior.
Practical Experience
Ahmed is currently contributing to the Beneficiary Experience Enhancement Project at the National Center for Government Resource Systems. His expertise spans designing user flows and wireframes for responsive websites, developing native mobile applications for both iOS and Android, and improving digital products to enhance usability and engagement. He has played a key role in developing and redesigning websites and digital systems to strengthen brand identity and elevate overall user experience. His portfolio includes intuitive and effective interface designs for notable clients such as Bussma Real Estate, reflecting his commitment to simplicity, functionality, and visual appeal.
Educational Background and Training
Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Alexandria, Egypt. Ahmed earned a UI/UX Designer certification from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) and a Diploma in Human Resources Managementfrom the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport. In addition, Ahmed has completed multiple specialized training programs, including Agile 10 Principles, Design Thinking in Practice, User Experience Fundamentals, UX Design: Creating Personas, Advanced Design Thinking and UX Topics, and Mobile Application Design.
