Professional Experience

Ali Aburashed is a Consultant in Institutional Excellence at Kaizen Consulting. Previously, he served as a Sales Manager at Bayt Al-Adad wa Al-Mu‘addat Trading Company, Project Manager for Communication Development in Al-Ula with CDE Saudi Arabia, and Assistant Project Manager overseeing control, reporting, and integration in major projects.

Practical Experience

Ali has hands-on experience leading projects focused on quality and performance excellence. This includes managing projects to achieve European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM®) standards with the Real Estate Development Fund, preparing the General Auditing Bureau for EFQM evaluation and accreditation, and participating in initiatives for the King Abdulaziz Quality Award and various government ISO certifications. Ali has also contributed to preparing technical workshops, conferences, and discussions, managed social impact contact center projects for the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and served as a consultant on human resources development projects for the National Center for Environmental Compliance Monitoring. Additionally, Ali has led sales and marketing operations in multiple companies, and coordinated key projects with major technology providers including Nokia and Ericsson.

Educational Background and Training

Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Computer Engineering from Arts, Sciences, and Technology University in Lebanon. Ali has earned numerous professional certifications, including EFQM Certified Assessor, Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 (CQI | IRCA), Project Management Professional (PMP®), AI Development Professional (IBM®), and networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP from Cisco). Additional training includes the first level of International Change Management Certification (IMCM®) and specialized courses in networking and telecommunications conducted by companies such as IBM Saudi (SBM) and Saudi Oger Ltd.
