Asif Chaudhry

Professional Experience

Dr. Asif Chaudhry serves as Director of International Partnerships at Kaizen Consulting. Previously led business development at Arrowad Group, where he also held roles as Corporate Values Officer and Head of the Scientific Research Team. His career spans public-sector transformation and global academia, including Associate Professorship at Vietnam National University, visiting and teaching appointments (University of London programs, Solinfo Solidarite, Edexcel & Cambridge IGCSE), and specialized advisory work in creative technology education at Shanto Mariam University. He has contributed to high-impact national programs, notably leading the operational-excellence initiative across Saudi ports for the Saudi Ports Authority.

Practical Expertise

Dr. Chaudhry is a contributor to Kaizen Methodology, he has delivered continuous-improvement projects with local and international organizations, including Mobily and Kuwait Oil Company. He played a prominent role in the Values (V20) engagement for the G20—founding and speaking for the Saudi Presidency’s values track, co-authoring workstreams on Solidarity and Participation for Rome 2021 and Jakarta 2022, and serving as Governance Lead for the task force. Dr. Chaudhry holds a Ph.D. and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Derby (UK). His qualifications also include a Level 7 Diploma from the Chartered Management Institute (Durham College, UK) and completion of a Study Skills course at the University of Oxford.
