Professional Experience

Ayman Alotaibi is a professional Linguistic and Editorial Audit Consultant with extensive experience in reviewing and refining the language and content of major institutional projects. Ayman currently serves as a Linguistic and Editorial Audit Consultant at Kaizen Consulting and has previously worked as a Researcher at Al-Rowad for Values Development. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional skill in ensuring linguistic precision, stylistic consistency, and technical accuracy across high-level reports, frameworks, and research outputs for government and private entities.

Practical Experience

Ayman has played a key role in several national and strategic projects, including developing the knowledge framework for the “Values Embodiment Guide” at Al-Rowad for Values Development and providing linguistic and editorial auditing for major projects of the Digital Government Authority. These projects include the Digital Platforms and Services Maturity Methodology and the Governance Framework for Beneficiary Feedback and Supportive Regulations. Ayman has also contributed to editing and reviewing research studies such as the “Impact Assessment of Research, Development, and Innovation Activities” for the Research, Development, and Innovation Authority. In addition, he has participated in qualitative research on values and social behavior, developed policies, and ensured continuous quality evaluation of project deliverables to align with technical and linguistic standards.

Ayman holds a Master’s degree in Law (Al-Anzima) from the Higher Judicial Institute at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia with First-Class Honors from the same university. Ayman is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and holds professional certifications in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRCP®) from OCEG, along with courses in International Change Management (IMCM®) and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015).
