Professional Experience

Firas Alashqar is a consultant in quality management, risk management, and organizational development. He served as a Quality and Risk Management Consultant at Kaizen Consulting, Quality Controller and Social Investment Project Supervisor. Firas has contributed as a Consultant in the Organizational Development and Human Resources Project for the National Center for Environmental Compliance, demonstrating his ability to bridge strategic planning, process improvement, and performance excellence.

Practical Experience

Firas has hands-on experience managing and overseeing large-scale transformation, quality, and capacity-building initiatives. He served as Project Manager for Customer Experience Transformation at the Saudi Export-Import Bank, where he ensured performance quality and alignment with institutional goals. His experience includes monitoring and controlling performance quality, supervising training and capacity-building programs, and supporting the development of policies, procedures, and HR frameworks. Firas holds expertise in quality and manufacturing systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, and HACCP. His skills also include job needs analysis, career path development, and succession planning, in addition to experience with quality control (QC) and assurance (QA) in collaboration with entities such as the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Al Othaim Company.

Educational Background and Training

Firas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the Saudi Electronic University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Manufacturing from King Saud University. Firas is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Risk Management Professional (RMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), and an EFQM® Certified Assessor in foundational excellence training. Additionally, Firas is a certified Business Process Modeling Professional using ARIS software (Software AG).
