Ilyas Hadjmoussa is a consultant in change management, strategic planning, and performance management at Kaizen Consulting. His earlier career includes serving as Director of Public Relations and Institutional Cooperation at Taouenza Scientific Organization in Algeria. Throughout his professional journey, he has been actively engaged in consulting, executive management, and leadership roles across the public and private sectors, focusing on organizational transformation and performance excellence.

Practical Expertise

Ilyas is currently contributing to national-level projects, including designing a change management strategy and framework for the National Center for Government Resource Systems and establishing an institutional performance management system for the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information. He has supervised the development of numerous strategic and operational plans for both public and private organizations. His expertise lies in organizational development, strategic planning, operational excellence, and corporate reputation management. He is known for helping organizations improve efficiency, implement sustainable strategies, and adopt frameworks that drive measurable performance outcomes.

Ilyas holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Planning and Performance Management from the University of Ghardaia (Algeria), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Algiers. He is a certified Prosci® Change Management Practitioner (USA), and holds international certifications in change management (IMCM®, ACMC Belgium), performance management (MTHP®, IFEAS Belgium), and strategic planning (DCA®, IFEAS Belgium). In addition, he has completed EFQM® foundational training and project management training (PM-tricks), aligned with the PMI® Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.
