Islam brings hands-on expertise in operations management, production line management, and process optimization within the food industry. His experience spans across governmental service sectors, where he contributed to policy documentation, procedure standardization, and quality improvement initiatives. He is also proficient in applying continuous improvement methodologies, including Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma, and have practical experience in automation and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP.

Islam holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Alexandria University, complemented by a robust set of certifications.
