Prior to her current role, she served as a Human Resources Development Specialist at the National Committee for the Care of Prisoners, Released Prisoners, and Their Families (Tarahum). Khawlah has led and contributed to multiple organizational development initiatives, including the design and implementation of internal policies, procedural manuals, and operational frameworks aligned with institutional standards.
