Mohammed Al-Rashed is an Associate Consultant in Digital Transformation at Kaizen Consulting. He contributed to projects that enhance institutional excellence and improve operational efficiency across various government entities. His role includes leading teams, coordinating project implementation, and ensuring alignment with national digital strategies and quality standards to achieve effective and sustainable results.

Practical Experience

Mohammed played roles in an initiative aimed at encouraging government entities to enhance digital competitiveness and quality under the framework of the Digital Government Authority. In addition, he worked as a Data Analyst and Administrative Coordinator in the Translation Guidance Project with the Ministry of Culture.

Educational Background and Training

Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from King Saud University in Riyadh. His continuous professional development includes training in Microsoft Project, participation in the Project Management Professional (PMP®) advanced project management course, and completion of a specialized program in governance and risk management offered by the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants.
