Dr. Mohammed Elrouby is a Quality Management Systems (QMS) consultant and trainer with experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. He has held key positions as a Quality Management Consultant and Trainer at Global Business to Business (GBB Venture – Creating Value) in the UAE, and Global Valid in Saudi Arabia, in addition to serving as a Quality Systems Consultant and Engineer at the International Office for Quality Management Systems (QMS) in Egypt. His professional journey reflects more than a decade of leadership in quality assurance, system certification, and organizational excellence, collaborating with both public and private sector organizations to elevate performance standards and compliance with international frameworks.

Practical Experience

Dr. Elrouby has successfully designed and delivered a wide range of training and consulting programs for quality management and food safety systems, supporting companies, factories, and government entities to achieve global certifications. His notable achievements include participation in internal audits across all Dubai Police departments and the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department, as well as qualifying the Ajman Government Legal Affairs Department for ISO 9001:2015 certification. He has played a pivotal role in improving food safety and quality standards for over 15 Egyptian national organizations, ensuring compliance with global benchmarks such as BRCGS and FSSC 22000. His consulting scope spans good agricultural practices (GAP), environmental and energy management (ISO 14001 and ISO 50001), and water efficiency (ISO 46001), driving sustainable and efficient operations across the agribusiness and manufacturing sectors.

Educational Background and Training

Dr. Elrouby holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences from Benha University, a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences from Al-Azhar University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cairo University’s Open Education System. He is a certified lead auditor for major international standards, including BRCGS (version 9 and 8), FSSC 22000 (version 5.1), and ISO management systems such as 9001, 14001, 45001, and 22000. His credentials also encompass certifications in fire safety, food safety auditing, health and safety management, and environmental systems, complemented by practical training in Global GAP, HACCP, and traceability
