Professional Experience

Mohammed Ibrahim is a highly experienced Quality and Organizational Excellence Consultant with a strong background in managing quality systems and production operations across multiple industries in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Mohammed has served as a Quality Manager, Engineer, and Production Manager for several factories, as well as an internal and external ISO auditor for numerous organizations. Additionally, Mohammed is a certified assessor for prestigious awards such as the Egyptian Government Excellence Award and the Smart Green Projects Award, reflecting his recognized expertise in organizational performance and quality standards.

Practical Experience

Mohammed currently leads projects qualifying 150 establishments for ISO quality management certifications under the supervision of the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization (SASO) and the Vision Realization Office for Trade and Investment. As an IRCA-certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015), Mohammed has extensive experience auditing quality, food safety (ISO 22000, HACCP), and occupational health and safety (OHSAS ISO 18001) systems. Mohammed has conducted numerous training programs and evaluations on quality and food safety, implemented systems for continuous testing and monitoring, managed internal and external audits, monitored supplier compliance, and ensured alignment with international standards. Mohammed is also a certified assessor in the EFQM Excellence Model.

Educational Background and Training

Mohammed holds a Master’s degree in Quality Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport in Egypt and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences from the Higher Institute of Agricultural Cooperation, Egypt. Mohammed has earned multiple certifications, including Lead Auditor for ISO 22301 Business Continuity, ISO 22000 Food Safety, and BRC Global Food Safety standards, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSBB®), and Certified Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional (®GRCP). He has also received specialized training from the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC) on ISO 17021-1:2015 and awareness training on ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, reflecting his broad and deep expertise in quality, safety, and organizational excellence.
