Dr. Mona Alhanaqi is a Digital Transformation Consultant at Kaizen. She was a Digital Conversation Engineer at Marafi, and Lecturer at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.

Practical Experience

Dr. Alhanaqi possesses hands-on experience in designing and developing key performance indicators, drafting policies and regulations, and working with various programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL. She is skilled in data analysis using statistical tools like Minitab and SPSS and has taught multiple university courses covering programming languages, operating systems, and database management. In addition to her teaching and consulting roles, she has published several research papers in the fields of computer science and artificial intelligence and actively contributes to professional associations and knowledge transfer initiatives.

Educational Background and Training

Dr. Alhanaqi holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from King Saud University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, and professional certifications, including the IBM Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals, and two accredited Trainer Certifications — one from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and another from the Global Canadian Center.
