Professional Experience

Mostafa Homam is a Quality and Corporate Governance Consultant at Kaizen Consulting, with a background in quality assurance, process engineering, and occupational health and safety. Prior to his current role, he served as Quality Assurance and Process Engineering Team Leader at Square Engineering in Egypt, and as Senior Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Engineer at both Concrete Plus and Redcon. His professional journey reflects a blend of technical expertise and leadership across construction, engineering, and consulting industries, focusing on enhancing quality systems, improving operational efficiency, and establishing robust governance frameworks.

Practical Experience

Mostafa is currently involved in national-level consulting projects to qualify 150 organizations for multiple ISO certifications, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management). He has contributed to key institutional development projects for the Saudi Red Sea Authority and the General Secretariat of the National Risk Council, focusing on designing and structuring organizational policies, regulations, and operational procedures. His expertise spans the implementation of Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement, business process re-engineering using BPMN tools, and the development of integrated management systems for government and private entities. His work emphasizes aligning organizational operations with international standards to achieve excellence, compliance, and sustainability.

Education and Training

Mostafa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the German University in Cairo, Egypt. He is a certified Lead Auditor in Business Continuity Management Systems (ISO 22301:2019) by Exemplar Global and in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) by TÜV. He also holds professional certifications in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018), as well as the internationally recognized NEBOSH IGC from the United Kingdom and OSHA certification in safety management. In addition, Mostafa is certified in Process Modeling and Automation (SAP Signavio Process Manager & Collaboration Hub) and holds an IMCM Practitioner certification in Multidisciplinary Change Management.
