Dr. Noura Alidrisi is a Compliance Management Consultant at Kaizen Consulting in Saudi Arabia, with extensive professional experience in quality assurance, compliance, and environmental health and safety across multinational organizations. Prior to joining Kaizen, she held key leadership and engineering roles in Morocco, including Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at Atlaspharm-Tecnimede Group, Quality and Safety Engineer at Eolane, and Assistant Manager for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) at Nestlé. Her career reflects a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and management systems implementation, both in industrial and consulting environments.

Noura has contributed to a wide range of institutional excellence and compliance initiatives, supporting government and private entities in achieving certifications and aligning with international standards.
