Rasheed Alsharee is a highly experienced finance and accounting professional with over 25 years of expertise in financial management across multiple sectors, including education, training, consulting, contracting, and retail. Rasheed has held senior positions such as Chief Accountant and Accounting Manager with reputable organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Kaizen Consulting, Alrowad Group, and Khaled Al-Bakiri Trading Group. Throughout his career, Rasheed has played a key role in establishing and developing accounting systems, preparing financial statements, leading finance teams, and supporting senior management with strategic financial analysis and decision-making, with strong knowledge of Saudi governance regulations, including nonprofit accounting standards.

Practical Experience

Rasheed possesses extensive hands-on experience in managing the full accounting cycle, from journal entries to final financial reports, while ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. His practical skills include preparing periodic financial statements, supervising accounts departments, implementing cost centers, monitoring revenues and expenses, and analyzing financial performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs. He is proficient in budget preparation and variance analysis, monthly trial balance reviews, bank reconciliations, and coordination with external auditors and Zakat and tax authorities. Rasheed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences from Taiz University, Yemen. Rasheed has further strengthened his professional profile by obtaining an international certification in Integrated Change Management (IMCM®) from ACMC Institute in Belgium. In addition, Rasheed has completed specialized training in Value Added Tax (VAT) application skills, accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in Saudi Arabia.
