Shajan Jamal is a Consultant in International Indicators and E-Participation at Kaizen Consulting. She supports government entities on global digital benchmarks and citizen-centric engagement, guiding organizations to align with leading practices and improve their standing on international indices.
Practical Experience
She serves as an assessor for the UN E-Government Development Index (EGDI), evaluating public-sector readiness for UN requirements. Her current portfolio includes user-experience reviews of government platforms within a digital-experience maturity program, assessments of e-participation responsiveness to beneficiary feedback, technology-perspective reviews of digital experience, and the development of maturity and measurement frameworks—defining metrics, methodologies, policies, and procedures, and issuing improvement recommendations. 
Educational Background and Training
Shajan holds a Bachelor in Pharmacy (PharmD) from Jordan University of Science and Technology, completed a PharmD training residency at King Abdullah University Hospital, and is licensed to practice pharmacy by Jordan’s Ministry of Health.
