Sulaiman Alturki is a senior consultant at Kaizen Consulting, he leads client relations, events, and institutional communications, complemented by roles as Head of Workforce Capacity Building at Al Ibrahim Academy, administrative and cultural advisor to research centers and publishers, and Director of the Haya Al-Assaf Award for Quality in Women’s Education. His portfolio spans public, private, and nonprofit sectors, with a strong record in building partnerships, launching development programs, and contributing to the establishment of institutional excellence systems at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Practical Expertise

Sulaiman specializes in end-to-end customer support and stakeholder engagement—handling inquiries, solutioning, and cross-team coordination to ensure seamless experiences. His communications work includes crafting corporate communication strategies, campaign plans, and awareness content to strengthen internal audit and governance culture, as well as supervising message design and media asset production. He is an experienced events manager for workshops, forums, and high-profile ceremonies; has founded and operated donor-funded development programs; helped set up institutional entities and physical premises (including the Fund to Support Associations within the social investment program at MHRSD); and is adept at authoring performance reports, lessons learned, and best-practice documentation.
