Yousef Abbas is an accomplished Training and Events Consultant at Kaizen Consulting, with a background in executive leadership and training management. His career includes serving as the Executive Director at Skills of Success for IT (1430–1434H), Executive Secretary and Assistant Training Manager at Skills of Success Educational and Consulting Office, and Training Coordinator at Skills of Success Training Center. Across these roles, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in training operations, event organization, and institutional management, combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution and client engagement.

Yousef has led organizational operations involving needs analysis, operational manual design, and end-to-end process management.
