Zeinab has served in roles ranging from UX Designer to Lead Researcher, contributing to organizations such as Kaizen Consulting in Saudi Arabia, Yesir in multiple regions, Cloud Research.ru in the UAE, and Diginov Production in Algeria. Her career highlights include leading user experience research initiatives, designing intuitive interfaces, and driving projects that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Practical Experience

Zeinab possesses strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, observations, and statistical data analysis. Zeinab is skilled in UX/UI design, customer experience research, and has served as a mentor in the field of user experience research. Her technical competencies extend to graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as proficiency in WordPress for web design and content management.
