Professional Experience
Bakhita Alajmi is a Quality and Organizational Excellence Consultant at Kaizen, with a background in quality management, institutional excellence, and administrative leadership. She has also served as an Administrative Manager at Amed Al-Faisaliah Company, where she gained extensive experience in operational management and organizational development.
Practical Experience
She is currently involved in qualifying government and private institutions for excellence and quality management programs, including preparation for ISO certifications such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). She has participated in many projects, including the qualification of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information to obtain local and international awards in quality and institutional excellence. Her expertise includes developing work procedures, improving performance based on global quality standards, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and best practices.

Bakhita holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from King Faisal University, a Diploma in Financial Management from Prince Sattam University, and a Diploma in Programming Technology from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. She also holds professional certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification from TÜV, Six Sigma methodology certification, and a Certified Trainer (TOT) certification from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.
