Hisham Hadia is a Change Management Coordinator at Kaizen Consulting. He has contributed to several projects, including the Digital Government Authority and the National Debt Management Center, where he coordinated change initiatives, knowledge transfer, and output auditing. Prior to consulting, he held leadership roles in managing and developing Arrowad Schools, overseeing both administrative and academic branches, strategic planning, and aligning institutional goals with operational execution.

Hisham holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology and a Diploma in Computer Science from Minia University (Egypt).
