The project focused on modernizing and enhancing the Decision Support Center’s procedures architecture by linking procedures to services, building the value chain and interaction model, establishing procedures governance, updating 335 procedures, activating the procedures system (BIC), and ensuring compliance with Digital Government Authority standards (5.7.1–5.7.3), fully aligned with the updated strategy and organizational structure.
A. The Challenge
The Center needed to align its procedures with the updated strategy and new organizational structure, address fragmented procedures and weak links between procedures and services, and meet Digital Government Authority requirements for documentation, measurement, and business process re-engineering.
B. Our Solution
We redesigned the procedures architecture, linked procedures to services, developed the value chain and interaction model, established an integrated governance framework, updated all procedures within the (BIC) system, built measurement and monitoring tools, and ensured compliance with Digital Government Authority standards through a phased implementation approach.
