As part of its partnership with Prince Mutaib bin Abdulaziz Al Ahliyah Foundation, Kaizen Consulting delivered a specialized strategic planning workshop as a key milestone in developing the organization’s 2026–2030 strategic plan for the nonprofit sector. Saudi Arabia Ranks 2nd in the GTMI 2025
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has announced a significant global achievement, securing second place worldwide in the Digital Government Maturity Index (GTMI) issued by the World Bank Group for 2025, among 197 countries. This milestone reflects the Kingdom’s accelerated strategic transformation in digital government and its strong commitment to advancing government services while enhancing efficiency, quality, and global competitiveness.
Saudi Arabia achieved outstanding results across the index’s key pillars, recording near-complete scores in core government systems availability, digital government service delivery, effective citizen engagement, and digital transformation enablers. These results underscore the maturity, integration, and sustainability of the Kingdom’s digital government ecosystem.
The index also highlights Saudi Arabia’s remarkable upward trajectory, advancing from 49th place in 2020, to 3rd place in 2022, and reaching 2nd place globally in 2025—a clear testament to the success of national digital transformation strategies and their alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

Kaizen Consulting was pleased to welcome, at its headquarters in the city of Riyadh, His Excellency the Honorable Dr. Hussein bin Suleiman Al-Salmi, Member of the State Council, Chief Executive Officer of Majd Group, and Vice President of the German University in the Sultanate of Oman, along with the accompanying delegation.
This visit comes within the framework of strengthening the strategic partnership between the two parties and exploring further areas of cooperation and future prospects, in line with the development-oriented directions in the two brotherly countries.

At its Riyadh headquarters, Kaizen Consulting celebrated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s unprecedented global achievement, advancing 25 positions in the United Nations E-Government Development Index 2024 to rank fourth globally, first regionally, and second among G20 countries in digital services, with Riyadh ranked third worldwide among 193 cities.
Kaizen Consulting is proud of this national milestone and of its partnership with the Digital Government Authority, working as part of a dedicated team that contributed to this remarkable progress.
