Kaizen Consulting has signed a strategic partnership agreement with CPC Germany to jointly develop advanced consulting solutions in the areas of institutional transformation and change management within SAP environments.

This partnership combines Kaizen Consulting’s regional expertise with CPC’s international experience, aiming to support organizations in managing large-scale transformations, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable change across SAP-driven enterprises.

On the occasion of World Accreditation Day, the National Center for Environmental Compliance organized its Annual Accreditation Forum, attended by His Excellency the CEO of the Center, the CEO of the Saudi Accreditation Center, and a number of distinguished representatives from entities within the environmental ecosystem, alongside executive leaders and general managers of the Center.

In collaboration with the Qudratak Program at the Digital Government Authority and Kaizen Consulting, we organized an advanced workshop titled:
“The Digital Citizen Experience: Designing and Delivering Citizen-Centric Services.”

The workshop explored the latest methodologies for developing digital government services that genuinely reflect citizens’ needs and place them at the heart of digital transformation efforts.

Because being citizen-centric is not merely an option—it is a national commitment toward a more inclusive, efficient, and future-ready government.

In a step that reinforces the journey toward institutional excellence, Kaizen Consulting signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Human Resources and Social Development and Social Development, aimed at expanding cooperation in the areas of institutional excellence, strategic planning, performance management, and knowledge transfer.

The MoU seeks to strengthen collaboration and exchange expertise to enhance institutional practices, improve organizational performance, and support the achievement of strategic objectives in line with national development priorities.
